LIVE Event Series: what recruiters want breakfast

What recruiters want: how to forge a path to the C-Suite

What skills do companies really want?

If you’re looking to take the next step in your career, join us for our next LIVE breakfast event and discover what businesses are looking for when they’re hiring leaders and executives. Our LIVE event series provides today’s Leaders, Innovators, Visionaries, and Executives with the knowledge they need to transform, grow, and succeed.

Enjoy a sit-down breakfast as you hear from Dr Terry Fitzsimmons, Lecturer in Leadership at UQ Business School, Steven Asnicar, Director of Urban Global and Diversity and Inclusion Australia, and Edwin Trevor-Roberts, CEO of Trevor-Roberts.

Terry and Steven will provide insight into which key characteristics are valued by companies and boards when assessing candidate fit, and discuss what you can do to develop these skills.

Edwin will explore the links between these characteristics and how to develop a strategy that aligns with your individual career ambitions. He’ll share practical strategies and insights from executives on how they developed these capabilities across their careers and the lessons they learned along the way.

Attend this event to:

  • learn about the in-demand skills organisations and recruiters are looking for
  • gain insight into why these skills are increasingly valued today
  • explore how you can develop the skills you need to future-proof your career
  • ask the presenters specific questions during Q&A.
